Have A Strong Day is my trademarked slogan that was born out of / developed through the organic growth of my endeavours and experiences with impacting people through personal training to then inspire them to make a positive change in their lives.

"Honesty is the best policy" (English proverb, 16th century) thus honesty will be one of the cornerstones of this website. Lets begin with some input about honesty:

There's enough out there to distract, dismay, dismantle, detract and derail you on your life journey (and it is all about the journey, not the destination, don't let them fool you) to the point where you won't know which end is up, or whether you're coming or going.

This is the first post of substance to really kick off the new compilation of life known as Have A Strong Day. I promise to be as real with you as I can possibly be and we'll all be much better off that way.

Consider this site as the "sketch / note book" where I will compile my ideas, experiences and lessons to one day be honed and edited for my book.

Perhaps, if God chooses to use me in this fashion, I can make a positive impact in the lives of those around me. For those that believe in God, I'm on a mission from God. For those that don't believe in God, well, I'm still on a mission from God.

I welcome your comments and interaction. I will enter all types of posts - from those related to my life lessons, experiences and experiments. More often than not, I will post motivating and encouraging items that cross my path. Either something created or spoken by someone else (with credit given where credit is due of course), or something that has happened in my life. I owe this to you because I'm also owed the blessing of learning from your experience.
