OF VAMPIRES AND SELF-REFLECTION.

My facebook status from two years ago on 9/11: "Jeremy did the best improv of his life during his L.A. YMCA interview when, to gauge his sales skills, they asked him to 'sell' them a foam pen with a bobble flamingo on top. It was priceless. If only it was filmed..."

This past week I feel like I was in the best improv scene of my life with two great teammates. I'm still high from it. Thank you Eric Reeser / John Corrigan / David Magidoff and Monkey Butler L.A. Our class is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, unequivocally, the high point of my week.

So on this 10th anniversary of the tragedy of 9/11, I choose to reflect and reflect deeply on the event and the past 10 years of my life.  I fully expect that every 9/11 will be a personal day of reflection for the rest of my life.

According to Wikipedia, "vampires do not have a reflection and sometimes do not cast a shadow."

What does this mean?  It means that if you're NOT REFLECTING, YOU'RE DEAD.  Or, you're dead to life and just going through the motions.

Can you allow 1, 5, 10 years to pass and just write it off to life and not use that experience and wisdom to build higher, dig deeper or live stronger?

No.  You can't afford that.

So today, of all days, you MUST think about where you are, where you've been and where you're headed or you will truly be a boat without a rudder.

WORK HARD, BE KIND. CONAN O'BRIEN'S 2011 DARTMOUTH COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS

"No specific job or career goal defines me, and it should not define you. In 2000—in 2000—I told graduates to not be afraid to fail, and I still believe that. But today I tell you that whether you fear it or not, disappointment will come. The beauty is that through disappointment you can gain clarity, and with clarity comes conviction and true originality." -Conan O'Brien

'Work hard, be kind and amazing things will happen,' O'Brien says

FREE DOWNLOAD: LEGENDARY ABS WORKOUT PROGRAM.

Did anyone ever try the Legendary Abs program?

Yes indeed.

An abs workout program without sit ups?

Yes indeed.

I gave this a go a while back and made some good gains.

I'm giving it another go now to see what happens now that I have a great deal more core training under my belt (pun intended) in recent history as opposed to the first time I tried Legendary Abs.

If you're interested in it as well, download the PDFs using the following two links.

And don't forget, great abs are made in the kitchen. Don't neglect your nutrition, as you cannot out train poor nutrition.
